Located on the 5th floor, with 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom with bathtub and shower and a social bathroom. This very spacious apartment is set in a brand new building in old historic Lisbon. This accommodation is located on a 5th floor and it is located in Chiado, the most fashionable district of historic Lisbon.
Located at Rua Nova do Almada, nr. 81, that connects the Chiado to the River front, it has a privileged and ideal situation in the heart of the cultural and historical part of the city and it is very close to several museums, operas, theatres and churches.
This location offers easy access by foot to the subway (Chiado/Baixa station – 50 m).
The apartment is 110sqm and includes the following amenities:

Conditions:
A payment of 30% is required to confirm the reservation (we accept wire/bank transfers or PayPal, with 4% extra cost). The balance payment on check-in can be made in cash and VISA or Mastercard credit / debit cards, with an extra cost of 2%.
When staying longer than 7 days a 10% reduction will be applied, 20% when longer than a month.
Possibility of underground parking with an extra cost of 15 euros per night.
For late arrivals (after 20h00 / 8h00 PM) there is a extra cost of 35 euros, after 24h00 / 00h00 AM, the cost is 50 euros.
Check in after 2:00 pm and check out before 11:00 am. Other arrangements possible if no other guests are coming in / going out the same day.
Extra housekeeping can be arranged. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation requests at our own discretion.
