City centre apartment set in old historic Lisbon. This accommodation is located on a 2nd floor (no elevator) and it is located at Travessa João de Deus, nr. 8, in Chiado, the most fashionable district of historic Lisbon. It has an inviting atmosphere, probably due to the blue and white Portuguese tiles dated from the 18th century, known as azulejos, that adorn the inside of this flat.
Located in a quiet street, it has a privileged situation in the heart of the cultural and historical part of the city and it is very close to several museums, operas, theatres and churches. A few meters from Cervejaria Trindade, the 19th century beer house-restaurant renowned as much for its traditional Portuguese cuisine as for its lovely tile panels depicting the seasons and the elements.
This location offers easy access by foot to the subway (Chiado/Baixa station – 100 m).
The apartment is 95sqm and includes the following amenities:

Conditions:
A payment of 30% is required to confirm the reservation (we accept wire/bank transfers or PayPal, with 4% extra cost). The balance payment on check-in can be made in cash and VISA or Mastercard credit / debit cards, with an extra cost of 2%.
When staying longer than 7 days a 10% reduction will be applied, 20% when longer than a month.
Possibility of underground parking with an extra cost of 15 euros per night.
For late arrivals (after 20h00 / 8h00 PM) there is a extra cost of 35 euros, after 24h00 / 00h00 AM, the cost is 50 euros.
Check in after 2:00 pm and check out before 11:00 am. Other arrangements possible if no other guests are coming in / going out the same day.
Extra housekeeping can be arranged. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation requests at our own discretion.
