Apartment on the 5th and last floor, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. New building in the historic Lisbon centre, which was rebuilt in 2003. The building has 2 elevators, being accessible to wheelchair.
Located on Rua Garrett, nr. 26, at the heart of Chiado, it has a privileged and ideal situation in the heart of the cultural and historical part of the city and it is very close to several museums, operas, theatres and churches. At the top of the street you will find the coffee shop "A Brasileira", with the statue of the poet Fernando Pessoa.
This location offers easy access by foot to the subway (Chiado/Baixa station – 50 m).
On the same building as 2 of our other apartments: Garrett 4A (2 Bedrooms) and Garrett 4B (1 Bedroom), possibility to rent together for big families.
The apartment is 110 sqm and includes the following amenities:
- Bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200 cm) with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower;
- Bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190 cm);
- Living room with dining and sitting areas, with a sofa-bed with a double bed (135x195 cm);
- Complete kitchen with microwave, fridge and freezer, a washing machine/dryer and dish washer;
- Bathroom with shower.

Conditions:
A payment of 30% is required to confirm the reservation (we accept wire/bank transfers or PayPal, with 4% extra cost). The balance payment on check-in can be made in cash and VISA or Mastercard credit / debit cards, with an extra cost of 2%.
When staying longer than 7 days a 10% reduction will be applied, 20% when between 1 and 2 months.
Possibility of underground parking with an extra cost of 15 euros per night.
For late arrivals (after 20h00 / 8h00 PM) there is a extra cost of 35 euros, after 24h00 / 00h00 AM, the cost is 50 euros.
Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Other arrangements possible if no other guests are coming in / going out the same day.
Extra housekeeping can be arranged. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation requests at our own discretion.
